Before you start

It’s important to create unique SEO page titles and descriptions for every page on your site to help Google understand when to show your clinic in relevant search results.

How to Set Your SEO Page Title and Description

Below are the steps to access and customize your page’s SEO settings, including using our AI tool and saving your edits.

  1. Navigate to the page you want to update while logged in as an Admin.
  2. Click the pencil icon 1755791835159-Pencil20Icon20Page20SEO20Settings20250821-86-b2gk7h.png that appears at the top left of the page to open the Page SEO Settings
  3. Manually enter your Page title and Meta Description, or click the Generate SEO with AI button.
  4. First, edit your Page Title. This should include the primary discipline you work under, your location, and the name of your clinic, for example: 'Counselling in Vancouver, BC | Jane Demo Clinic'. Make sure to stay under 60 characters.
  5. Next, edit your Meta Description. This should be a brief, 1-2 sentence description of your clinic, which can include a bit more information than the Page Title - such as the other disciplines you work under, as well as a call to action like 'Book your appointment now!'.
  6. Scroll down and click Save Settings to apply your changes.
  7. Repeat these steps for every page on your site, making sure each is unique.

Fantastic! Each page now has an SEO page title and description to improve visibility in search results. Your site is better positioned to show up when patients search for the services you specialise in.

Note

Think about what patients might Google when looking for information (like symptoms, treatments, or location) and incorporate those into your Page Title and Meta Description. This improves your search relevance and helps guide the right audience to your site.
