Before you start

To get started with Social Plus, you need to have an active subscription to Social Plus, Admin access to your Clinic Sites website, as well as Admin access to your social media accounts. 


What is Social Plus?

Social Plus is a done-for-you social media service created to help clinics build a strong, professional, and consistent online presence. 

Each month, you’ll receive 4–5 high-quality social media posts that reflect your clinic’s unique voice, aesthetic, and audience. From educational tips and service spotlights to engaging questions and easy-to-digest health info, every post is intentionally crafted to inform, connect, and convert. You can connect Linkedin, Google Business, Instagram, and Facebook.

Our content follows a custom content pillar strategy, featuring themes like recovery tips, lifestyle guidance, clinic services, and more. This strategy ensures your feed stays balanced and relevant. You’ll receive a mix of post formats, including clean, branded single-image graphics, multi-slide carousels, short-form reels, and scroll-stopping visuals designed to boost engagement.

With a thorough onboarding process, we gather everything we need to match your clinic’s tone, color palette, and branding. The result? A visually cohesive, strategically curated feed that authentically represents your clinic and resonates with your ideal clients.

First Steps

First, you’ll go through onboarding so we can match your content to your clinic’s branding:

  1. Once onboarded to Social Plus, you'll be sent a form to fill out your clinic’s details, including services, tone, and branding, to help us create your custom content strategy and Brand Guide.
  2. Our team designs your Brand Guide, including clinic-specific fonts, colours, and logo styling.
  3. We create 4–5 branded posts per month and schedule them to go live every Thursday on your connected platforms.
  4. Your clinic will now have a consistent, expertly branded online presence, with minimal effort from you.
