Before you start

You’ll need Admin access to your Clinic Sites dashboard to make changes in both the Settings and Design areas.

This section shows you how to set the actual links for your clinic’s social accounts.

  1. Go to Admin > Settings in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Social Media Links in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Paste the full URLs for your clinic’s social accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). They have to include the 'https://' to properly link to each page.
  4. Click the Save Social Media button. Once saved, icons will appear in your website’s header and footer by default.

How to Show or Hide Social Icons in the Top Bar

This section shows you how to set the actual links for your clinic’s social accounts.

  1. Go to Admin > Design in the top-right corner.
  2. Click the Topbar Menu in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Make sure the Topbar Menu is turned on.
  4. Find the toggle for Social Icons and switch it on or off.
  5. Click Save Topbar Menu. Once saved, icons will appear in your website’s header.

You can also choose whether social icons appear in your site’s footer.

  1. Go to Admin > Design in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Footer in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Scroll to the Social Icons toggle and switch it on or off.
  4. Click the Save Footer button. Once saved, icons will appear in your website’s footer.

You’ve now added and customized your social media icons so they appear exactly where you want them. Nicely done! This small update helps connect your online presence to your website and keep patients engaged.

Note

Removing a link in Settings removes the links from your site entirely, while disabling the link in Design hides them entirely from display areas.
