Because of our close partnership with Jane, when a Jane customer signs up for Clinic Sites, we’re able to securely access your clinic’s publicly available Online Booking information from Jane. This includes your logo, branding colors, clinic hours, location, providers, and services, so your site is always pre-filled with up-to-date details right from the start.

We recommend setting up your Jane account first. This allows the sync to work seamlessly. If you’ve already created your Clinic Sites site, let us know, and we can connect it manually.
How to Integrate your Jane Account (New Clinic Sites Website)
If you've signed up for Jane and are ready to spin up a Clinic Sites website, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Clinic Sites Free Preview page.
- Click the I Have a Jane Account button, and start typing your clinic name.
- Select the correct Jane account that appears below.
- Clinic Sites will automatically sync your Jane data by pulling in branding, services, staff bios, location, and more.
How to Integrate Your Jane Account (Clinic Sites Website Already Live)
If you've already spent time on your Clinic Sites website, we can manually integrate your Jane account.
- Email support@clinicsites.co with your clinic name and Jane account URL.
- Our team will manually integrate your site with your Jane account to complete the sync.
