How to change your billing information

Need to update your credit card, billing address, or view past invoices? You can manage all your billing details directly from your Clinic Sites website. This guide will walk you through each step to keep your payment information accurate and your subscription running smoothly.

How to Change Your Billing Information

There’s a simple way to update your billing information directly in the admin dashboard of your site. This process allows you to manage your credit card, address, and view invoice history from one place.

  1. First, you'll want to log in to the Admin side of your Clinic Sites website.
  2. Next, click on Admin > BillingĀ in the top right-hand dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Manage my subscription and credit card information button. This will take you to a secure billing portal.
  4. From here, you can:
    • Update your credit card details
    • Change your billing address
    • View past invoices or receipts
  5. Once your changes are complete, clickĀ Save to apply them.

You're all set! Your billing information is now up to date and will be used for your next scheduled payment. You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your changes are processed—great work!

Note

Updating your billing information only affects future charges. Any past invoices will remain unchanged, and the new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle.
