Before you start

If you're a Jane-integrated clinic, your location will already be synced automatically when you first spin up your website.

How to Add Your Clinic Location

Follow the steps below to set up your clinic address and map on your Clinic Sites website:

  1. Click Admin in the top right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Locations.
  3. Click the Add Location button, and enter your clinic’s address in the Location field.
  4. To add a map, open Google Maps, search for your clinic, click the Share button, then click Copy Link, and paste the map URL into the Map URL field on your Clinic Sites website.
  5. Click Save to apply your location and map to your site’s footer.

How To Find Your Clinic's Google Map URL

Here’s how to find your Clinic's Google Map URL to paste into the Map URL section.

  1. Go to Google Maps.
  2. In the search bar, type in your clinic's address.
  3. Click on Share on the left hand side of the screen.
  4. Click the copy link option to copy the link to your clipboard.
  5. Navigate back to your Clinis Sites website, going to Settings > Locations, and paste your Map URL in the Map URL section.
  6. Click the Save Changes button to save your changes.

How to Hide Your Location

If your clinic is virtual or you prefer not to display the physical address, follow these steps to hide it:

  1. Click Admin > Design, and then select Footer from the left-hand menu.
  2. Scroll down and toggle Locations and Google Map Image to Off.
  3. Click the Save Footer button to save your changes.
  4. To remove map displays elsewhere, like on your Contact page, navigate to the page where you wish to remove that information.
  5. Hover over the block, and the Edit Block button on the right-hand side.
  6. Click the Settings Cogwheel and click Delete.
  7. If you want to show a general area rather than your exact address, use a generic Map Block to display the city that your clinic is located in.

Your clinic’s location will now be accurately presented, or hidden, according to your Clinic's preferences. Great job customizing your site for clarity!
