Things to know

All Clinic Sites clients have access to our Support team as part of their monthly hosting fee. Whether it’s a quick question, a design roadblock, or a new idea, help is just an email away. Even if you're not signed up yet, you're welcome to contact us for assistance or information.


How do I get support if I can't find it in the Knowledge base? 

Just email support@clinicsites.co, we’re here for you. We can help you over email or hop on a Zoom call. We love using Zoom for support because it lets us walk through your site together in real time, making it easier to stay aligned and solve things quickly. 

If you think an article needs a bit more context or content, please leave us some feedback. Each article has a feedback section at the bottom of the page. 


 

What if I'm not a Clinic Sites client yet still have questions? 

No problem at all! You can still email support@clinicsites.co with your questions, and our team will be happy to assist you right away.
